At La Riviera de Atitlan there are three towers. Some of the property is devoted to hotel rooms. We still have apartment available in two of then three towers. In Tower C we have 3 apartments of 104 sq meters (1,120 sq feet)available. These are finished apartments. These can be purchased as bare apartments or completely furnished and equipped.

In Tower B we have apartments available on the 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 16th floors. You can either purchase an apartment of 110 sq meters (1,185 sq feet) or a 82 sq meters (883 sq feet) apartment. There is available on each floor on apartment of each size.

It is also possible to purchase all available space on one floor.

The prices are lower on the lower floors. The 82 sq meters (883 sq feet) start at $69,700 unfurnished.  The most luxurious apartment available is the complete 16th floor fully furnished and equipped for $307,200.
